If your Mac is running slow There are a variety of things that you can do to correct the issue. The first step is to launch the Activity Monitor and look whether there are any issues with memory use. Click Quit to select the procedure you’re experiencing. If you want to quit, click Quit. it takes more than the memory available. Alternatively, you can also use the System Memory tab to check for any slow processes running in your Mac.

The CPU is another possible cause of slow performance on your Mac. Close any program using too much CPU. In order to do that, start the Activity Monitor and click the “X” button that is located below the small window’s buttons. If you’re not certain what apps are consuming the most CPU, try an Google search to find these apps. You should be able determine which applications can slow down the performance of your Mac.

The performance of your Mac could also be slowing down if it speed my mac has too many programs. The operating system can run slower if you have too many programs. You can try deleting any files you don’t use or move them to another drive. If you’re not certain why you’re experiencing problems You can try opening up the Activity Monitor and looking at the complete list of applications being run on your Mac. There are a few issues that should appear – this is an indication that your Mac has too many running all at the same time.
